Welcome to HafiCharge ("we," "our," or "us"). We provide hafilat recharge services for Abu Dhabi's public transportation system through our website, mobile applications, kiosks, and physical locations (collectively, the "Services").

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our Services and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HafiCharge LLC. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

• "Service" or "Services" refers to the hafilat recharge services provided by HafiCharge, including online recharge, kiosk recharge, and physical location recharge services.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual or entity using our Services.
• "Hafilat Card" refers to the smart card used for Abu Dhabi's public transportation system.
• "Transaction" refers to any recharge or other financial operation conducted through our Services.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By using our hafilat recharge services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Service Description

HafiCharge provides services that allow users to recharge their Hafilat cards for use on Abu Dhabi's public transportation system. Our Services include:

• Online recharge through our website (haficharge.shop)
• Recharge through our network of kiosks
• Recharge at our physical locations
• Checking card balance
• Viewing transaction history

We strive to provide accurate, reliable, and uninterrupted hafilat recharge services, but we do not guarantee that our Services will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

5. User Accounts

5.1 Account Registration

To use certain features of our hafilat recharge services, you may need to create a user account. When creating an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5.2 Account Security

You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

5.3 Personal Information

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our hafilat recharge services, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Payment and Refunds

6.1 Pricing

All prices for our hafilat recharge services are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and include all applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other electronic payment methods. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information you provide is accurate.

6.3 Transaction Processing

When you initiate a hafilat recharge transaction, the amount will be charged to your selected payment method immediately. The recharge amount will be credited to your Hafilat card according to the following schedule:

• Online recharge: within 5-10 minutes
• Kiosk recharge: immediately upon card tap
• Physical location recharge: immediately

6.4 Refunds

Refunds for hafilat recharge transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• If a recharge transaction fails to process, the amount will be automatically refunded to your payment method within 7-10 business days.
• If a recharge amount is not credited to your Hafilat card within the specified timeframe, you may request a refund by contacting our customer service.
• Successful transactions cannot be refunded once the amount has been credited to your Hafilat card.

7. User Responsibilities

When using our hafilat recharge services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your Hafilat card
• Use our Services only for legitimate purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our Services
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with other users' use of our Services
• Not use our Services for any fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Report any errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities you discover in our Services

8. Limitations of Liability

8.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

Our hafilat recharge services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, timeliness, suitability, accuracy, or completeness of our Services or the results obtained from using our Services.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HafiCharge and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our hafilat recharge services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through our Services

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to us for hafilat recharge services during the six (6) months preceding the date of the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our hafilat recharge services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of HafiCharge, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services without our prior written consent.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our hafilat recharge services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using our Services or contact us to request account deletion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our hafilat recharge services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our hafilat recharge services after we post modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those modifications.
